Having been allocated an investment manager, we will constantly monitor your cient's portfolio as the investment outlook can change rapidly. Alterations will be made to the investments when required, and in line with the stated investment objectives, ensuring that the portfolio remains suitable. In addition, your client will also receive a comprehensive review of their portfolio twice yearly, at which time we consider all aspects of portfolio management including capital gains tax and ISAs, if appropriate.
A further advantage of our discretionary service is that clients will automatically benefit from utilising our safe custody service; whereby, stock will be registered in Barratt & Cooke nominee names, with each client having their own designated account.
In order to keep clients up to date with the value of their investments, we produce valuations and performance statistics in April and October each year, whilst we also issue end of year tax reports in April. However, if clients would prefer to monitor the value of their investments more regularly, they could also take advantage of our online valuation service.
Of course, we pride ourselves on providing a personal, approachable service and therefore if at any time your clients would like to discuss their investments, we will be available to arrange a meeting.
If your clients have funds for investment of £100,000 or more, we believe our discretionary offering will provide them with a professional, convenient investment management service.
